The agenda for the meeting are as follows:-
1. Confirmation of Minutes of 2008 Annual General Meeting,
2. Matters arising,
3. Tabling of Annual Report 2008,
4. Adoption of Financial Statements 2008,
5. Election of the Executive Committee
6. Amendments to Constitution, and
7. Any other matters with the approval of the Chairman
